1. Use of the Website

Pusoman provides casual tools and utilities for entertainment and productivity. You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the website or its users.

2. Accounts and Authentication

Some features may require signing in with Google or an email magic link. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we suspect abuse or unauthorized use.

3. Sound Guess

Sound Guess is a timed sound-identification game. You must be signed in to submit a guess. Each guess costs coins; the cost increases by 100 coins for each additional guess in the same round (100, 200, 300, etc.). Coins have no real-money value and can be adjusted or voided if we detect abuse. Check-in streaks and other Pusoman games award coins once per cadence period. Audio files are cached in your browser for up to 1 month (weekly rounds) or 1 week (daily rounds).

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Pusoman are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without permission.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

Pusoman is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the website will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pusoman and its operators will not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Advertising

The website may display advertisements through Google AdSense and other partners. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or the products and services they promote.

7. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Pusoman account and data through the Delete Account page. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
